Some people may hold the position that a fake or unmeanging smile is not worth anything. In this manner, to get just a smile with little or no enthusiasm is the same as not getting a smile at all. To these people, they would rather not be the recipient of a fake smile but would rather feel just at ease if they were totally ignored. In fact, some people would probably go so far as to say that the receiving of a less than genuine smile is an insult to their self-worth.Just Smile Means Worth As A Human BeingTo others, however, even a little smile goes a long way? Why is this?For these people, a smile, even a less than warm smile, may mean that they have been recognized as a human being and not to remain as a mere lump of flesh on the sidewalk or road. What it may say about you and many others is that you have demonstrated by your behavior that you see no worth in a street beggar or the homeless person. Why do I say this? The reason is that by ignoring them, or by crossing to the other side of the street to avoid them, you have given them no recognition as a human being. The act of ignoring these people says that they have no value as a human being. Can you imagine how they feel when this happens? What if, just what if you were in a similar circumstance through no fault of your own? What if you lost everything you own? I called Just Smile Dental Clinic which is located at Punta Pacifica Hospital in Panama City to schedule an emergency appointment. The medical/dental service which I required was the "extraction" of one of my molars on the left lower jaw. It was easy and pleasant getting through to Just Smile Dental Clinic" which is just what a patient needs when experiencing a Dental Emergency. Dr. Juan Carlos Moreno managed to see me immediately even though he was extremely busy with many patients. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the receptionist who was very kind. Following the completion of the precursory medical and biographical information questionnaire, I was happy that my wait was no more than 2 to 3 minutes! Another thing which was of great concern to me was my serious pre-existing medical conditions, Diabetes, High Blood Pressure and a badly damaged back to name just a few. For a Diabetic patient, bad teeth can lead to an untimely death. No joke. The reason for my worries was that many Dentist, justifiably so, does not want to deal with the possible complications of treating a patient with these serious medical issues. Thankfully, Dr. Juan Carlos Moreno took me on as his patient. Now to be clear, I am terrified of dentists due to a prior bad/botched experience which I had in the U.S.A. Dr. Moreno put me at ease immediately because as soon as you meet him he has a presence which transmits to the patient that you are in Excellent hands! He is congenial, kind and a wonderful person! As a Dentist/Oral Surgeon, he is Superb and is at the top of his Profession. He took the time to place a support for my ailing back in the dental chair. He did this because he cares for his patient's comfort. The procedure which he performed for me was a surgical extraction of a molar which was located on the lower left side of my jaw, the molar which is located just before the wisdom tooth. The molar was badly decayed and there was also an abscess which complicated matters. Following an x-ray of the affected molar as well as the application of the local anesthetic Dr. Moreno proceeded with the surgical extraction of the molar. The extraction was quick and flawless! From the time I arrived at the clinic to the end of the entire process including the checkout was approximately 30 minutes! Dr. Moreno performed the extraction flawlessly! The clinic is absolutely modern with all the latest technology and I simply can't say enough about the quality of dental care that Dr. Juan Carlos Moreno provided to me. Total cost for my procedure was $140. U.S. dollars plus the prescriptions for Antibiotics, the pain medicine and the analgesic mouthwash which totaled $40. U.S. dollars. I filled these prescriptions right at the hospital pharmacy. I' am in need of extensive restorative dental work and I will absolutely use the Excellent Dental service that Dr. Moreno so flawlessly provides. I highly recommend Dr. Juan Carlos Moreno for all of your Dental needs. I'm sorry that I came in with such short notice Dr. Moreno. I'm also sorry for being Patient Super Chicken. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your compassion and for the excellent medical care that you so graciously provided. I thank God for Doctor's like you Doctor Moreno!
